The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

You can usually roll up 2 hours before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

Find them at Gate 1 or Gate 2.  For taxis and ride shares, head to Gate 2 after the show.

We take your safety and security seriously, with metal detectors at the entrances, bag checks, and potential pat-downs if deemed necessary. Be prepped—review our FAQs for what you can and cannot bring into the venue and check out our bag policy below.

We allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12”x 6”x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). If your bag is 6”x 9” or smaller it does not need to be a clear bag. No other bags of any type will be allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

We do not allow outside lawn chairs of any kind inside the venue. However, lawn chairs are available to rent for most shows and must be returned at the end of the event. 

Before you head our way, ensure you have access to AXS Mobile ID

• Get the AXS app if you haven’t already
• Open the App and sign in to see your tickets.
• Show the ticket in the App at the entrance and get them scanned to enter.
• Enjoy the show!
